We are looking for dynamic, pro-active, analytical approached, enthusiastic, innovative, passionate, and self-motivated Process Training Superintendent for our project in Develi.

About The Opportunity

We are looking for a Process Training Superintendent to join our team.  

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing and reviewing job safety analyzes, keeping operational “Job Safety Analyzes” updated and JSA training of Process Department,
  • Preparing, reviewing and updating risk assessments when needed by working closely with related parties,
  • Coordinating relationships between OH&S, Environmental, HR and Process Departments,
  • Controlling all documentation related to OH&S, Environmental, HR and Process Departments and keeping all documents updated,
  • Training the employees about process specific OH&S topics by preparing training notes and related documents and scheduling trainings,
  • Preparing Crushing and ADR Plant equipment/heavy duty equipment training notes and provides trainings,
  • Being responsible for all documentation at Process Department with compliance to standards and regulations,
  • Taking active role and being the point of contact for ICMI certification, Seveso, ISO processes and other possible certification processes,
  • Carrying out internal departmental audits regarding O&HS and Environmental issues,
  • Ensuring compliance with the targets set in the safety management system, creating methods to investigate corrective actions,
  • Measuring the department performance of the safety management system.

About You

To qualify, the following skills and experiences are required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering and other related departments,
  • Occupational health and safety experience, expertise in ISOs, Seveso are preferred,
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role,
  • Working experience in multinational and English-speaking environment is plus,
  • Fluency in oral and written Turkish and English,
  • Good command of MS Office applications,
  • Being team player, result-oriented with strong planning and organization skills,
  • Effective communication skills,
  • Be an active driver,
  • Residing in Kayseri, Develi district or willing to relocate.
