We are looking for dynamic, pro-active, analytical approached, enthusiastic, innovative, passionate, and self-motivated Training Manager for our project in Develi, Kayseri.

About The Opportunity
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting needs analysis and contributing to the creation of strategies to achieve legal requirements,
- Making medium and long-term OH&S and legally required training plans according to organizational goals and conducting budget studies,
- Conducting trainings to increase the competencies of company employees by working closely with HR Department,
- Coordinating the internal trainer pool process in terms of internal safety trainings,
- Planning trainings and monitoring operational processes related to training activities,
- Conducting training measurement and assessment activities.
About You
To qualify, the following skills and experiences are required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Health & Safety degree will be plus,
- Minimum 10 years of practical experience in needs analysis, content design, planning, implementation, and evaluation of Occupational Health & Safety cultural & mandatory trainings,
- Excellent command of professional competence training (MYK),
- Academy knowledge and experience will be plus,
- Proficient in remote training systems and content design processes,
- Working experience in multinational and English-speaking environment,
- Excellent command of English both written and verbal,
- Strong communication and organizational skills,
- Good command of MS Office Applications and Power BI,
- Have multi-tasking skills, and ability to operate,
- Strong analytical skills and collaborative relationships,
- Self-motivated, takes ownership and initiative, follows-up on own responsibilities,
- Residing in Kayseri Develi district or willing to relocate.
